Low cost per unit, and it sits on the table for the whole evening
Shop Custom CoastersCoasters are an unusually efficient promotional item. They are cheap in bulk, they sit in front of someone for an entire drink, and in a bar or restaurant they get seen by every person at the table rather than just the one who took it.
They also work well as event collateral — a wedding, a conference dinner or a product launch — where a printed coaster at every place setting costs very little.

See Custom Coasters pricesThe most common sizes are 3.5 inch and 4 inch, available square or round. A 4.25 inch coaster gives a noticeably larger print area if your design needs it. Square coasters offer slightly more usable space for artwork than round ones of the same nominal size.
Neoprene is the most durable — rubber-backed, washable and effectively indestructible in normal use. Cork and acrylic also last for years. Pulpboard is designed to be absorbent and disposable, which makes it ideal for bars and events but not for something people keep.
Pulpboard coasters run roughly $0.15–$0.50 each in bulk, cork about $0.80–$2.00, and neoprene $1.50–$3.50. Board coasters usually carry a higher minimum order, often around 250 units, while cork and neoprene can start from 50 to 100.
Yes, and on board coasters the extra cost is usually small. It is worth doing because a coaster lands face down roughly half the time. A common approach is the logo on one side and a short message, offer or QR code on the other.
Everything else worth getting right before you place an order.
